Have you heard anything about a virus coming thru peacecorps.gov or something called the peace corps exchange? I am not very computer sophisticated and I got an email speaking about a virus and with headers that included those routing places, but I have not detected any problems with my computer. thank you.

No, there is no danger of viruses from this web site. There are no executable files for download from this site and our mail server does not send attachments. All our emails are text files.

If you receive an email claiming to be from "Peace Corps Online" and the email contains an attachment, delete the email without opening the attachment - someone has falsified our signature - it is not from us.

If you receive an email claiming to be from "Peace Corps Online" asking you to give them your password, delete a file on your computer, or send them money - just delete the email - it is fraudulent.
