Hi, I am an associate producer for the Chicago Video Project, a production company making a documentary on Sargent Shriver for public television. We are near completion, but are still looking for a good photo of Shriver taken within the past ten years. I have seen several on the Peace Corps online website. Our Favorite Photo of Sargent Shriver  This is our favorite photo of Sargent Shriver. The photo was taken in his office at the Special Olympics in October 2001 when my wife and I went there to interview him after his appearance at the "Peace Vigil" at Lincoln Memorial in September, 2001 and to talk to him about a "Fourth Goal for the Peace Corps." He is shown inscribing a copy of his book "Point of the Lance." I know many other RPCVs must have photos of Sarge taken at the "Peace Vigil" and at the NPCA's "Salute to Peace Corps Giants" in 2002.
