Hello all! I'm planning on going to medical school after being a PCV. Anyone have any experience with this? I'm thinking of taking the MCAT before going (most schools accept the scores up to 3 years old) but I know I would really have to work with the timing of returning and being able to apply on time. I've heard of people having time to start applications abroad, or even study for the MCAT in preparation for taking it after. However, I don't necessarily want to be working on such a self-focused activity while I'm volunteering. Any thoughts? Advice? Experience?
