Hello everyone - I am a college student engaged in a research paper concerning the effect of the Peace Corps in Panama. I wondered if anyone could contribute their opinions on this issue - has the Corps had a positive effect? What are some projects volunteers were involved with? With Panama and the U.S. having strained relations from the 70s until the 90s, was anyone treated real badly? Thanks to whomever gives their input. |
