My daughter will be heading to Malawi this May for her assignment....I have lots of questions...feel a little out of the loop .........has any one ever heard of/started/been involved in, a Mothers Support group online??? Seems like I couldn't be the only mom with high anxiety.........any help any one can offer would be greatly appreciated.I am very proud of my daughter"s accomplishment in being selected to serve....have great confidence that she will shine...........but she's my baby and I worry........thanks........Deb Bainton

I was also worried about my son when he left for Belize. I was not able to talk to him due to the lack of phones in his village and I especiallly became worried when I saw the picture of his house, which I would classify as a shack. I really just had to go see about him. We did go, and met the Mayans in the two villages he lived and worked in and my whole attitude changed. They were such caring people that I knew that my worrying was not going to help. He completed his service and is now back in the states.
