Returned Peace Corps Volunteers

World Wise Schools supports the agency's Third Goal to strengthen U.S. understanding of the world and its peoples by connecting educators with currently serving and returned volunteers throughout the year.

Growing demand from teachers for cross-cultural resources is driving WWS to new heights and your contribution is essential for the success of our mission.

So, reach out to your community, speak to students in their classrooms, organize after-school events, contribute to the development of WWS curriculum through stories and photos, and continue to build on your Peace Corps experience. To Whom It May Concern,

I am an Educational Coordinator for a new charter school that wants to design the schools structure around environmental and global issues that are connected to careers, J.C's and Universities. There is only about 100 students and 1 teacher per subject. Each subject has it's own text book for each grade level, but does not deal with these issues.

If you have any information, it would be truly appreciated!

Sincerely,

Stacy Weisz
