The Peace Corps honored Milwaukeean James Gultry MA'95 with its Franklin H. Williams Award for 2000 during a ceremony at Peace Corps headquarters in Washington, D.C., in February. Gultry served with the corps in Equatorial Guinea from 1990 until 1993. Since 1997, he has been the finance manager for the Southeast Wisconsin Professional Baseball Park District, supervising all aspects of financial management for the construction of Miller Park, the new ballpark for the Milwaukee Brewers.
