The Rotary Friendship Exchange Committee has received a joint invitation from Tororo Rotary club President Richard Waya and former Peace Corps Volunteer Craig Esbeck to visit eastern Uganda. The visit would include a small town home-stay with tours into the nearby rural villages, schools, a small Hospital, a Sunday church worships service, and open air-markets. Tentative plans are to go May 2001, couples or single. The itinerary and final arrangements will be made according to participant's wishes. Those interested may contact any committee member or Gordon Esbeck (Gjesbeck@netins.net, 319-886-2400, 118 Parkview Ct., Tiptoe, Iowa 52772).
