Dear Bulletin Board correspondents: I write to see if, as a Spanish national, one can attain a type of experience like that you have in the Peace Corps. As EU Nationals without U.S. Citizenship cannot join the Peace Corps, I would appreciate your thoughts as to alternative organizations that EU Nationals can participate in to create a better world.
