I am former RPCV, who served in Botswana, 1988-2001, I am trying to make contact with a fellow RPCV who also served in Botswana, 1989-2001. His name is Thomas Williams. Last I heard he was in Dallas or Houston Texas, I also understand that he did additional Peace Corps Volunteer service in Lesotho.
