If anyone can locate Dr. McKinney, I would be grateful. I have been looking for him for 14 years. He served as a medical officer in Naples, Italy at the U.S. Naval Hospital there in 1989 and 1990, then left the Navy to join the Peace Corps. Please email me at Fletcherdt@msn.com. Thank you.
