If the old "Peace Corps" did its job, why do we need a new one?
If the old one couldn't do the job, why will a new one be able to?
Sounds like me its just a bunch of losers, Shriver the head loser, who cannot admit they failed and they call for a "New Peace Corp" so they can then earn a paycheck by being consultants to the "New Peace Corp."

I don't think they're saying the PC can't do its job. They're wanting to expand the PC and increase its recognition in Muslim communities, among other improvements. The Peace Corps, like any other organization, isn't perfect and always needs to be improved and evaluated. Instead of name calling, I would hope you could be more constructive and offer your own ideas on how the PC could be better.
