This bill looks as if the PC has become a union (double the number of PCVs - why should RPCVs want that?) and at the same time a political arm of the U.S. government. As a PCV, I argued against this sort of thing with my in-country director and I see that the forces that want to ram politics down the PC throat are as strong today as they were then. Where's Senator Dodd's name on this bill?
