The amazing thing is that Iraq was able to manage her own banking affairs before the war charade, imperialist maneuver.

American government at all levels is not even trusted by Americans. We are prisoners in our own nation and the banking industry is controlled by nothing more than third rate hoodlums with judgeship thugs in the court at their disposal. Murder is labeled as suicide, and theft is condoned by law enforcement.

Take a peak at America as it is beyond the white-wash propaganda facade. Iraq needs a new banking minister like Los Angeles, California needs another bought-off Superior Court judge.
