I have read the article and it offers absolutely
nothing new. Most of this information is available on the internet.

There is supposed to be a ban on PCVs being involved in intelligence activity during service and for five years after service. There has been confusion as to whether this rule still exists. This is why some volunteers have had safety and security issues. No one will address this request and, as a result, there have been safety and security issues.

Dose this rule exist? Could someone address this issue?

You may find volunteers are more secure.
