Peace Corps Experience By Wesley

I left as a PCV in 1998 for health reasons. I have to say I have been treated fairly because of my illnesses. I do know of assaults of my fellow volunteers while in Western Russia. Of course my stint was in a large city where I had access to friends and the Peace Corps office. I am appalled of what I hear of other PCV's ordeals. What I've read in the recent articles doesn't surprise me.
