Let the Word go forth to friend and foe alike the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans.

A new generation of Peace Corps too that will change it by better security, quality programming and treating each other with decency and humanity. Everyone of us who is accepted into service. Not only to serve abroad, but serve at home too and most of all to serve each other (all peace corps volunteers)with a human touch.

Let "us" highlight our strengths and achievements and not cast blame and point out weaknesses. Instead, let us help one another create better Peace Corps that accepts.

Saying that Volunteers lied about their experiences places doubt in the hands of administrators. We must take it out of thier hands so we can serve the world again in more strengthen way.

His idealism did not have a 30% percent attrition rate built in and it did not have reckless policies. Back then they were more professional about working with state dept.
We miss his administration and would like to another type like his come to be.

Like Teddy said,"let the dream live on!"
