Hugh Pickens,

I want to thank you for providing this service to us as former volunteers. As you know, I have write my views on your website all the time. You are providing a communication tool that was unthinkable ten years ago. You are a pioneer just like your service in the 1960's.

If this is volunteer work, then you have contributed to the third goal like no one else has in the Peace Corps family.

The initiatives being presented on safety, security, health and attrition are because of a free flow of volunteer experiences. I know things don't happen over night but this is the first time someone has published something about an Ombudsman. This type of person is vital to the past and present.

You have helped so many volunteers with your website. Thanks

I hope to meet you someday,

Daniel
