RPCVs have waited a long time to see Peace Corps and the NPCA work together to sponsor joint projects like this one. The Peace Corps and the RPCV community, working together, can accomplish so much. They will discriminate against us who have been disserved by the Peace Corps. Quigley enables this kind of behavior with these NGO's. I have applied for over two thousand jobs and no interviews, this is not due to the resume, its due to a bogus Peace Corps record Peace Corps maintains on me and many others. The discrimination must stop.
