This is not my area of expertise. I served in Eastern Nigeria from 1962-1964. But it occurs to me that the RPCVs have a tremendous experience base related to life in Islamic countries, and sharing experiences with followers of Islam, that could be of interest/benefit to others in America. Perhaps this August's conference could promote this inquiry/exchange. There was one very well attended session on Islam in Washington at the 40th Anniversary (delayed).
