The answer is much less important than assisting in formuling the questions, then working together in moving towards implimentation of solutions. We should be modeling solutions to challenges the community prioritizes. Teambuilding is a process that survives into the future, using the learned model to meet future challenges.
Is this the Bush approach? "Unilaterialism," "you are with us or against us," might makes right, I don't think so?
