Not all students will make it to college. We need programs while students are still in High School.
We have ROTC in college. Why not have ROTC jr. in High School? They could train at military bases, and earn a bonus, if they complete the course.
According to the news, we pay volunteers $125 a week, plus a $9,300 payout and a $4,725 college grant.We all know about the alleged $206 million in fraud through state colleges. State colleges have been receiving $10,000 for each student they help pass entrace exams. Many drop out the first year.
