You have to protect them. Bush is the better candidate to do that. He also now has better foreign policy experience and (finally) the benefit of better intelligence to know which countries are more dangerous and unstable. Kerry is a liberal joke, waiting to say whatever you want to hear. At least Bush will tell you straight, good or bad news.

Just because he has foreign policy experience, does not mean he knows what to do with it. The same goes for his intelligence (both covert and cognitive).
