I was in the first group to work in Liberia W. Africa in 1962-64. Am not a member of the National Peace Corps Association, as such. Called Harris Publishing and was informed that I could not be placed in the directory, if I was not a member of the association. Don't recall of having ever been asked to join this associaton. Am sure that I am not the only volunteer that returned that is not a member of this group. Does'nt that make this directory somewhat incomplete?

Dear John,

NPCA is aware of the issue and it is being resolved. We'll post further instructions later today.

Best Regards,

I would like to locate Timothy Burr, a volunteer in Nigeria in 1961-1963. He taught me in a grammar/secondary school and helped defray the cost of my post-secondary education. I now live in the US, with the highest level of education, thanks to him. A chance to say "Thank You" is all I want.
