I updated my cell phone service ,told them I was hard of hearing,was told to try for 3 days. Returned in 24hrs, since the phone had 60min.,s on it, considered used now. I was not told or given acopy of a min. limit. So now, I ask to have phone checked out, the tech calls my number and say it ok to him( uses no test eguipment) just his ears. His hearing is ok. I had to purchase a new 192.00 dollar phone or keep one i couldnt use plus still pay for the service. Every one who,s hard of hearing I hope you can read this
