Honorable Ambassador Celeste:
Please be aware of a very serious outbreak of anti-Christian persecution in the Rajasthan province. The local newspaper put a bounty of Rupees 11,000,000 on the heads of Dr.M.A. Thomas and Samuel A. Thomas. They supervise the India branch of Hopegivers International and oversee a hospital, 65 schools and 13 orphanages. The government in Kota is threatening to cut off water and electricity to the facilities, arrest all the teachers and supervisors and turn the defenseless children out in the streets to fend for themselves. Please investigate this and express your strong disaproval of this very undemocratic and dangerous behavior by the local authorities. We have also appealed to the National Human Rights Commission in New Delhi to step in. Thank you
Sincerely,
Roy C. Frink
