I am a 46 year old native California for enforcing our borders. Ronal Reagan said a country that dors not have control over its borders, ceases to ba a sovereign nation. We tried amnesty, it did not work. Let's try border security now and see if that works first, before we consider forgiving lawbreakers who come into our country to take jobs from Americans and send their earnings back to their country of origina. I do not see how that is helping America.

I am 68 years old, and grew up in a Democrat family during World War II, when
Democrats were still Patriotic Team Players and not this nations biggest
problem. I have been a registered Republican for over 40 years. However; I am a Conservative first, and I have never seen so much political
adversity as I have watched in the last 20 years.

I feel that the so-called Republican Party has abandoned true conservatism,
and people like myself. The voters wishes are ignored by President Bush,
his administration, and the pseudo-conservative representatives in the
Congress. Except for President Bush, they seem to have their own agenda,
that being (Job Security).

In I 994 when Dick Armey and Newt Gingrich co-authored "The Contract With
America", voters on both sides of the political spectrum were motivated to
participate in the election process, which resulted in a Republican majority
status, after 40 years of Socialist dominance under this nation's Socialist
Party.

Unfortunately; Those who invested in the Conservative movement have had to
watch the conservative majority squandered by self-serving politicians, who
are more interested in saving their own asses, than doing what is good for
the country as a whole. Republican Representatives in the House, and
especially the Senate are out maneuvered by their Socialist Democrat
colleagues at every turn. It has become difficult to tell the difference
between the two parities when they are all doing their own thing.

Political Correctness precedes our Constitution, The Bill of Rights, the
Declaration of Independence, and the Rule of Law. Socialism is enabled by
the chaos that confounds our political process.

President Bush has had a lot of problems to deal with since before his
election was confirmed by a correct Supreme Court decision, and he has taken
the right action concerning the war in Afghanistan, and Iraq, but I think he
is ignoring his the majority of supporter's wishes, on Border Control,
Homeland Security and Illegal immigration. Vicente Fox is playing Bush
like a violin. Bush's "Work Amnesty" plan is exploitive and just a
different reason than the Democrats have for wanting Illegal aliens in this
country. What ever the reason, it is a betrayal of American Citizens, and
Immigrants who came hear by legal means.

Communication with our Representatives in government is one way in the form
of solicitation for donations to support their causes only. I have written
numerous letters and E-mails urging President Bush and many Congressional
Representative to enforce already existing laws, but I have yet to get a
comprehensive response from any one of them. I am sick and tired of their
form letters and BS. Meanwhile, Illegal Aliens, Terrorist prisoners, and
the Socialist Whiners in the United Nations have more clout than America's
legal citizens.

Representatives in our own government appear to be selling us out for their
own motives, and no conservative initiatives, philosophy, or organizations,
or think tanks, (Heritage Foundation), have any affect on these jerk's.

Meanwhile; Illegal Aliens, confined Terrorists, and the Socialist Whiners in
the United Nations have more clout than America's legal citizens. I'm
beginning to understand why so many Americans are indifferent and ignorant
about how they are being represented, and it is reflected in our voter
turnout. Does every vote really count ?. I think not!
