Dear RPCV,

You have not been banned from PCOL. We moderate all messages on PCOL because
we receive several hundred spam messages for posting every day. When we find a
large number coming from the same IP address, we ban the address and sometimes
legitimate posters are affected.

Effective immediately we have removed the ban from your ip.
