I think its a really good idea, because what if we were the ones to live in africa, and we were the ones who needed to learn? We need to take this into consideration, that the peace corps could send people to south africa, nigeria, etc. but what if we lived in a place where they didnt have enough people to send to us? I want you to think about that for a while and think "Why shouldnt we expand the peace corps in africa??"
