The contract provides the Peace Corps with MicroPact’s IG edition of entelliTrak, MicroPact’s web-based tracking, reporting and data management system. The Peace Corps will utilize the system to keep track of cases of reported fraud, abuse, and other possible crimes involving the agency, 24 hours a day, from any of their posts across the globe.
For years, the Peace Corps has used manual spreadsheets and laptop computers to research, track and report on such cases. Communicating data between Peace Corps posts using this system has always been a challenge due to incompatibilities in communication technologies, time differences between posts, and the difficulty in preparing the various necessary reports from disparate data.
With 70 Peace Corps posts worldwide and an increase in reported cases of fraud and abuse, Peace Corps administrative personnel realized their need for a system that could help them manage the large amount of data involved in investigating and reporting these cases. | Peace Corps' Screening and Medical Clearance The purpose of Peace Corps' screening and medical clearance process is to ensure safe accommodation for applicants and minimize undue risk exposure for volunteers to allow PCVS to complete their service without compromising their entry health status. To further these goals, PCOL has obtained a copy of the Peace Corps Screening Guidelines Manual through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and has posted it in the "Peace Corps Library."
