Who killed the zero emission standard in California? Was it Arnold Sharzennegger or his Republican bosses in the White House?
I know who killed the "EV1" electric car and why they did it. General Motors destroyed their own product in spite of a loud and boisterous protest movement to save the wonderful little EV1. When G.M. realized how fast and clean the EV1 ran and how much oil profits GM share holders would lose...they killed the EV1; but who destroyed the zero emission standard? That was a great idea and it is now going to be implemented World Wide.
