Hello Hugh.

The attachment as stated on NBC news tonight, says there has been a medicine
for malaria for many years. I have not obtained the reply I sent for, so wonder how
many years. Was it before I contracted Falciparum [cerebral malaria] in 1986, not
described in the Peace Corps medical manual WHERE THERE IS NO DOCTOR
nor taught in health classes and no medicine was given for it as there was none
except for a powerful herb which has been used for centuries by the Chinese [artemisia
annua we were not told about] I belatedly discovered in mid 90s. But I am charged
with "Not taking the medicine." And all the while government and big business
whines back and forth about PROFITS!

This BLOWS MY MIND THE REST OF THE WAY!! That I was lied to in training about
malaria. That Nairobi Hospital was told to pull my plug in ICU. That not one second of
attention has been given to the suit I won against Labor in 1991 according to their rules.
That not enough of my disabilities are recognized by Labor. That Labor does not pay
my medical bills so I quit sending the bills I paid for and several times it has told
OWCP examiners to find out who I'm seeing and what medicines I'm taking when the
examiners had no idea the malaria I had was differerent from THE ONE they heard
about in med school and told OWCP that I was Scizoid or however they spell it,because
I told them about cerebral malaria. I may be scizoid by now after putting up with crap
after crap for 20 years when all I wanted to do was share a way in small agriculture
for peoples to lift themselves up a bit.

I am so ashamed of my government. And of myFellowPersons who took part in this
scam and abound in evil which they are excused from. See end of chapter six in
thebigtrek.com. I have CDs of 24 other documents which are confiscated when I send
them around... likewise when lawyers send them.

I'm also disgusted with trying to write a legible and credible letter when it takes too
long and I can't tell that anyone wants to know this.
