I am a former PCV from Swaziland ('85-'89), PC trainer in Cameroon ('91-'92) and now Professor at LSU. I have an opportunity for a Fulbright to Moi University in Eldoret but, after reading the State Dept advisories, am concerned about the safety of my family (wife, 3 kids 3, 6, & 10). Can anyone fill me in on the what its really like in Eldoret?
