Hi.
I am a curriculum writer in South Australia, working for the State EDucation Department (Distance Education College- Open Access College)writing a revised curriculum in Science and Technology for young high school students. I am keen to use a photograph from your collection - the initial photo in your article on tsumamis - in the booklet I am writing. I am keen to get permission to use it, and need to know the process. My organisation is unlikely to proceed unless we can have a full clearance to use it in our course booklet, for our schools and students, with the understanding that there is a remote chance the booklets may be sold outside our schools. I am sorry, but they also have a policy of not paying royalties for permission.
