Paul Opiyo Laboke from Uganda is desperately looking for a former Peace Corps volunteer, Edward Peter Willis from Lancaster town, New York, who served in northern Uganda as a teacher of English Language at St. Joseph's College Layibi, Gulu City, up to 1972 when he was evacuated.
