I am a niece of Paul Bell, Sr. who was married to my aunt, Gladys Harmon. An unusal set of circumstances led me to try to locate his son today and I was shocked to learn his son had died. I had only a vague memory of his being connected to the Peace Corp. My mother was there in Texas visiting with the them when Uncle Paul died. I was in the 6th grade so my memory is not too clear as I am now 67. I'd like to hear from some member of the family, please.
