One of the best ways to to revive the economy would be by Government Spending NOT handouts in the form of tax rebates that will again end in Corporate Coffers.
Don't gave a beggar a fish. Teach him how to. Why can't the billions of dollars being proposed as tax rebates be spent on fixing our infrastructure: the roads, the bridges, the airports, the railroads? By putting money into these programs the unemployed will get employed and will have cash to spend.
