I would like to get an update on the whereabouts
of a PCVolunteer that I have met way back in 1981-82 in the province of Masbate,Philippines.
Her name is Ms.Julie Porter and I happen to meet
her in the area doing fisheries techno-transfer job.
I dont have any idea if she carries a new surname today and would like to reconnect with her
since I am a new immigrant here in Oceanside,CA.
Would be glad to hear any news about her c/o
PCV Online.
