I was able to contact Tom Burns stepmother yesterday. I found out that Tom died in 1991 due to Leukemia. I was sorry to hear that the best man at my wedding in 1972 and former PCV at the Baguio Community Center had passed away. I had last seen him while travelling to New York in 1984. His stepmother told me that Tom would be pleased to know that he is a grandfather now.

May you rest in peace, Tom, from an old Peace Corps friend who served with you at the Baguio Community Center.
