I'm a RPCV (Western Samoa and Thailand)who is moving to an island (La Isla del Muerto) in northern Lake Nicaragua. I'd like to meet some current volunteers who are serving in the area. I'm particularly interested in info on organic farming and the local history but I'd like to meet and talk to all volunteers from the area.
How did the island get its name? I'll be moving there in early June. The island I'm referring to is the one just south of Isla Redondo. Thanks,
