I hope that all in the Peace Corps Community and those reading here on PCOL will extend a warm welcome to our fellow RPCV, and now Director Williams. I am hopeful that out of this new direction the Peace Corps can evolve and become greater in its emphasis and role in American life at home as well as the lives of so many abroad.
