This is Deb's husband...Trying to surprise Deb for her birthday!! Whenever Deb talks about her time in Togo - especially the time spent in Lome! - she gets that wistful look that tells me that these were the best of times (or at least some really good times!!) I am trying to get touch with the people she spent time with in Togo and give her a call to re-connect and perhaps wish her a Happy Birthday. Please help me - Deb knows that I give really lame birthday gifts but I think this one may surprise her!!

The only names I have surreptitiously dragged out of her are Drew and Sheila...no last names...PCV between 1991 and 1993...
