I worked with either Dan or Don Johnston or Johnson at Outward Bound School of Malaya under Sir John Baron Hunt director. I was only a Peace Corp contractor but blessed to work with him, a truly exceptional person, in 1965-1966 and would love to find him. He was from New Jersey.
