Republic of Vanuatu -An infant boy was adopted on February 24, 2005 at the Luganville Courthouse, Espiritu Santo Island, Republic of Vanuatu by PCV Amanda Russell, a Community Development Volunteer assigned to the SANMA Provincial Headquarters. Russell served as a volunteer from May 2003 to May 2005. Russell and the child returned to her home state of Alaska following her service.
