I am a RPCV (Colca Valley, Peru '66-68) who has sponsored a number of micro development pjts in the towns of Callalli and Canocota, Colca Valley, Peru, including a community library and would like to do more. I am trying to make contact with a PCV named "Tim" who apparently works in that area with an artisan woman named Danitza Lourdes Ramos who is a member of a handicraft cooperative there.
