The Congressional Conference Center in Boston, Virginia serves as the headquarters of the non-profit National Security Caucus Foundation (NSCF). This 844 acre estate is located about 75 miles from Washington, D.C. The facility has many of the features of a small college campus: research library, residence rooms, complete audio visual facilities, satellite downlink and seminar rooms. The NSC Foundation also has a Congressional liaison office in Washington, D.C. that is just five minutes from the U.S. Capitol.
