Dear RPCVs,

Thank you for your commitment to advocacy and issues important to the Peace Corps family. Unfortunately, as you may know from the NPCA Listserv announcement and web site ( http://www.rpcv.org/pages/sitepage.cfm?id=373) the NPCA has postponed the 40th Anniversary Conference. This includes the postponement of Advocacy Day on September 20th and all events affiliated with it (i.e. orientations, panel). If you have not received the notice, please find it included below.

The NPCA had an overwhelming and exciting response to Advocacy Day, with over 600 RPCVs expressing interest. We encourage you to continue your interest by joining the NPCA at one of our regional advocacy workshops. More information about location and dates will be posted on our web site: http://www.rpcv.org (click on "Change the World"). In addition, if you would like to join the NPCA Advocacy Listserv and receive advocacy updates, please e-mail us.

Most importantly, we hope that you will join the NPCA next spring or summer for Advocacy Day.

Thank you again for your commitment.

Catherine Harris
