Do NATIONS--not just "individuals/communities"--have a RIGHT TO DEVELOP??
The UN General Assembly passed such a resolution.
And the Group of 77, meeting in Havana last year, promotes development as a national right.
A key element in China's foreign policy is:
The old international political-economic order is unjust and irrational, and counter to the interests of the 3rd World.
What is the NPCA position?
"The whole world is watching!!"
"We won't be fooled again..." (Or will we...?)
P.S. For a sense of the 'diversity" of USA media, do a Web search on the Group of 77 Havana Conference. I found hundreds of Web page references...BUT...NOT ONE NEWSPAPER REFERENCE!!!
