PCOL has banned some large public IPs and will not give a reason. People who enjoy PC and PCOL aree confused. I believe thay have learned alot about Peace Corps(there is an article where PCOL is signing agreements with PC) and PCOL. They do not care and, if there is a problem, it is gotten rid of as quickly as possible without explanation. I usually tell them this is how PCVs die.

Yes, I still wonder if they were all Republicans who had problems.

I am serving soldier in Indian Army and i was served in Congo(MONUC) from Jul 2005 to 06 Jan 2006. I have Diploma in Automobile engineering before worked as a Vehicle Mechanic for fourteen years and fully qualified with petrol and diesel vehicles (Light & Heavy)
