Organization: Founded in Chicago in 1938, the Bible League now spans the globe with offices in more than 49 countries. Last year alone, the Bible League established new churches and Bible study groups serving over 540,000 new members in Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. By training and equipping local churches, the Bible League helps bring people into fellowship with Christ and his Church. Location: Chicago Headquarters Salary Range: To $65,000 annually plus benefits and relocation assistance Job Description: Oversee and administer Bible League’s Scripture placement and Church Planting Institutes in India, Nepal, Sri-Lanka and Bangladesh, in order to promote evangelism and the study of God’s Word. Responsible for supervising, training and developing state and national directors and their staffs. Develop and administer budgets, financial reports and appropriate procedures for monitoring and controlling Bible League resources. Work in concert with U.S. Development to stimulate interest and communicate with donors about the needs and accomplishments in the South Asia region. Oversee the development of Bible study materials and selection of appropriate scripture, while insuring the efficient production (or shipping) of this literature. International travel: 30%+ Job Requirements: Must have well-developed administrative and executive management talent including strong staff development and motivational skills.
